New partnership announced between FBC and Oxford Innovation Space
Following an extensive procurement process, we are pleased to announce that Oxford Innovation Limited (Oxford Innovation Space) has been appointed as the new managing agent at FBC. The company has been managing spaces like ours for over 35 years, so has extensive experience of operating incubator facilities throughout the UK, currently managing 28 centres, with over 700 companies occupying their spaces. As well as great workspaces, they also provide a structured and supportive environment that includes access to experienced business support professionals. Further information is available at www.oxfordinnovationspace.co.uk
We are working closely with Oxford Innovation Space to ensure the change does not adversely affect our members or team. All licence agreements and contact details will be transferred over time and the plan is that over the coming months, Oxford Innovation Space will take over all aspects of managing the facility.
The Oxford Innovation Space Team are keen to meet all members and so will be holding a ‘Get to know you’ session on Thursday 25th May 23 at 16:00. Attending the event will be several of the senior team including Jo Stevens, their Managing Director. Further information on this will be circulated in due course.
As far as we are concerned, it is “business as usual”, however with added layers of expertise from Oxford Innovation Space. They will help us get FBC fully humming again, and become a thriving hub for business, innovation, and entrepreneurship in London.
We are expecting there to be lots of benefits to you, our dear members, including a range of events, access to free business support, links to the business angel networks and funds that Oxford Innovation manage, as well as connections to the wider network of centres and businesses in their other spaces. This is Oxford Innovation Space’s first London workspace and we are really excited about working with them at FBC!
